Designhounds Retreats are back in 2025 and since we love to combine Art, Antiques + Design with a healthy helping of La Dolce Vita, we’ve decided to head to Venice and then the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Join us for an 7-night adventure first in Venice and then near Parma in October but only if you love Italian vintage markets, art tours and workshops, Italian cooking classes and plenty of downtime with your favorite Designhounds to sit, sip & chat, power down with a good book or a private yoga class or to wander the beautiful countryside.
If none of that sounds tempting and you’d prefer to remain the overachiever we know and love, please check out our Designhounds Talks: Spark Series later this year in NYC, LA and Miami and don’t say we didn’t give you options!
We will keep adding details as we finetune our schedule but for now please mark your calendar and start saving up for this incredible trip.

- October 5 : Arrival Day in Venice – 3-nights at Ca Segredo Hotel.
- We will arrange for your private/hotel water taxi pick up
- Light lunch and VIP Walking Tour of Venice

- October 6: Venice Textiles Tour
- Fortuny and Bevilaqua hosted by Antiques Diva + Co
- Evening off
- October 7: Murano Glass Maker Tours and Workshops
- Glassmaker shopping tours

- Farewell dinner in Venice
- October 8: Parma
- Drive to Parma by private bus
- Time to explore Parma with recommendations from Antiques Diva & Co and our friends at Mercante In Fiera
- Evening at our hotel outside of Parma for relaxation and Creative Styling Workshop with Kate Watson-Smyth of Mad About the House
- Group dinner at hotel
- October 9: Mercante In Fiera
- Invitation-only attendance of the Unpacking Event at Mercante
- Afternoon Parmesan/Balsamico tours and artisan workshops
- Evening off in Parma
- October 10:
- Full day in Parma for Mercante in Fiera Antiques Fair with lunch hosted by Mercante
- October 11: Grand Finale
- Market shopping in Bologna
- Afternoon optional wellness sessions at hotel
- Private VIP Dinner (with a view, you know we love views)
- October 12: Departures
- Bus transfer will be provided to Milan for Linate (recommended) and Malpensa. Please book afternoon flights if possible
