We’re Launching Designhounds Bootcamps — Starting in Brooklyn
For years, we’ve heard the same thing from designers again and again:
“I love discovering new brands — but I want to really understand the products I’m specifying and be able to defend the selections I’m making to the homeowner, the builder, the installer. I need to be in control of the entire process and to do that – I need product knowledge.”
When we look at brands and their products – we need to know more:
Not just what they look like.
Not just the marketing story.
But how they’re built, how they’re installed, how they perform, and how they hold up in real projects.
That’s exactly why we created Designhounds Bootcamps.

A Shift From Selling to Equipping
New for 2026, Designhounds Bootcamps are immersive, small-format product education workshops designed for actively specifying interior designers, kitchen and bath professionals, and residential design pros. These aren’t traditional CEUs or showroom events. They’re deeper, more hands-on, and intentionally limited in size.
Each Bootcamp brings together 20–30 pre-qualified design professionals for a full day of focused learning, conversation, and connection — giving brands the time and space to go beyond surface-level presentations and giving designers the confidence that comes from true product fluency.
Our industry doesn’t need more noise. It needs knowledge.

Why We’re Partnering With Design Studios as Hosts
As we launch this program, one thing was important to us from the start: Bootcamps should live inside the design community — not outside of it.
That’s why Designhounds Bootcamps are hosted in partnership with local and regional design studios. Studios are where collaboration happens. Where ideas are tested. Where products meet real-world constraints and creative ambition at the same time.
By partnering with studios as hosts, we’re creating a model that:
- Strengthens local design communities
- Offers meaningful visibility for collaborative studios
- Creates a more authentic learning environment for designers and brands alike
It’s a deliberate shift from selling to designers toward equipping them with deep product knowledge that builds confidence, credibility, and long-term brand trust.

Launching in Brooklyn With EcoHive
We’re excited to launch our first Designhounds Bootcamp on May 15 in Brooklyn in partnership with EcoHive — a design-forward, sustainability-driven creative studio that embodies the kind of collaboration and curiosity this program is built around.
The inaugural Brooklyn Bootcamp will feature four to five in-depth product education sessions delivered in a streamlined one-day format. Participating brands will engage designers through extended-format presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and moderated discussion — all supported by our Designhounds team through attendee curation, program flow, and post-event amplification.
What Comes Next
Brooklyn is just the beginning.
Designhounds Bootcamps will roll out nationally throughout 2026, with future editions hosted in partnership with design studios across key markets. Each one will reflect its local community while staying true to the same core mission: meaningful education, real connection, and smarter specification.
If you’re a designer, brand, or studio interested in participating, hosting, or learning more, we’d love to hear from you.
This is about raising the bar — together.
