What will differentiate successful designers in a world where inspiration, products, and even design concepts are increasingly accessible to everyone?

We’ll explore the evolving meaning of home, the influence of technology, changing expectations around sustainability and customization, and the opportunities emerging for designers who are willing to rethink traditional business models.

Most importantly, we’ll ask what the UK and US design communities can learn from each other as we navigate the future of our profession.

ABOUT PERSPECTIVES

Perspectives is a Designhounds program connecting design professionals across borders through curated conversations, experiences, and meaningful industry relationships. Our UK/US exchange began in London in October 2026, continues through a series of virtual discussions, and culminates with an in-person gathering at High Point Market in April 2027.
